Client-Paid with Potential Refunds
You pay us directly for senior living placement guidance. If a community or agent offers a referral fee, we apply it toward your consulting fee—up to a full refund.
💡 Example: You pay $895 for our guidance. If the community pays us $500, we refund $500. If they pay $1,000, we refund the full $895.
