  • Service Information: Inventory lists, moving details, video/photos of spaces, or other project-related information you provide to us.

  • Payment Data: If you make payments, your payment details are processed securely by our payment processors (Square and QuickBooks Payments). We do not store full payment card details. Please refer to their privacy notices:

  • Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser/device type, operating system, referring URLs, usage activity, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal data.

We use your information to:

3. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Organized Haven may send text messages from both 863 area codes, as well as from VOIP phone lines to include: 620-982-2675, to people who have separately opted in to receive them. Messages may include service-related scheduling, appointment reminders, estimates, invoices, and project coordination. Promotional messages will be sent only where the recipient has separately agreed to receive them.

Providing SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. We do not sell mobile information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process this information only to deliver and support our text messaging service. 4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers (such as payment processors, IT vendors, or shipping partners) who assist in delivering our Services.

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals.
