Organized Haven was founded in 2013 by Polk County’s only Certified Professional Organizer®, Nicole Ramer, a year after she experienced the overwhelming transition of having her first child.

While living in a small home and working 50-60 hours per week with a long daily commute, she faced the challenge of having enough time and space to stay organized and clutter-free.

The company started with the intention of helping others organize through all of life’s transitions, but evolved to specialize in helping seniors and busy professionals downsize and move.

Now a full-service moving, downsizing and estate clearing company, Organized Haven employs a team of Professional Organizers, Senior Move Managers® and Relocation Specialists/Movers.

Nicole Ramer founded Organized Haven in 2013 after experiencing firsthand how overwhelming life’s transitions can become when time, space, and responsibilities collide. What began as a professional organizing business has grown into one of Central Florida’s leading downsizing, senior move management, relocation, estate clearing, and organizing companies.

Today, Nicole leads Organized Haven’s vision, consults with clients and families facing complex life transitions, develops training and operating systems for the team, and speaks nationally on topics related to organizing, senior move management, pricing, business growth, and leadership. She is passionate about helping older adults remain safe, independent, and confident through every stage of aging while equipping families with practical guidance during some of life’s biggest decisions.

Nicole holds the prestigious Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®), Certified Senior Move Manager® (SMM-C®), and Chronic Disorganization Specialist® designations. She is also a NAPO Specialist in Residential Organizing, Life Transitions, Workplace Productivity, Household Management, Brain-Based Conditions, and Team Productivity, a NASMM@HOME Specialist, and a Founding Member of Senior Home Coach™, a multidisciplinary network of professionals serving older adults and their families throughout the United States and Canada.

Co-Owner and Founding Member of Organized Haven

Danny joined Organized Haven in 2016 and quickly became an indispensable part of the company, bringing years of construction and project management experience to every move. As Co-Owner and a Certified Senior Move Manager®, he oversees move day operations, leads our moving team, and specializes in the logistics that make even the most complex transitions feel seamless.

Whether he’s safely moving treasured heirlooms, disassembling and reassembling furniture, hanging artwork, or solving unexpected challenges on the fly, Danny is known for his calm demeanor, creative problem-solving, and ability to put clients at ease. His favorite part of the job is helping families through life’s transitions while making the process easier—and even enjoyable.

SPACE PLANNER

Elaine joined Organized Haven in 2018 as an Organizing Assistant and quickly discovered a talent for space planning. Today, she serves as our dedicated Space Planner, creating detailed floor plans that help clients confidently downsize and settle into their new homes.

After relocating to Southwest Florida to be closer to her grandchildren, Elaine continued her Organized Haven journey remotely—a role created specifically to keep her invaluable expertise on our team. Working alongside our “boots on the ground” organizers and movers, she transforms measurements, furniture inventories, and client preferences into thoughtful room layouts that remove uncertainty from moving day.

Having created more than 400 customized space plans, Elaine’s careful attention to detail helps ensure every piece has a place before the first box is unpacked, making transitions smoother for the clients and families we serve.

LEAD RELOCATION SPECIALIST

Jeff Cook has been a valued member of the Organized Haven team since 2021 after first partnering with us as a trusted moving professional in 2016.

As our Lead Relocation Specialist, Jeff is known for his strength, efficiency, and calm demeanor on even the most challenging move days. With nearly a decade of household goods moving experience, he takes exceptional care in protecting our clients’ homes and belongings while leading moves with confidence and professionalism. Whether relocating a lifelong family home or helping someone settle into a new beginning, Jeff’s dependable nature and positive attitude help make every move feel a little less overwhelming.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO NICOLE RAMER

Sherry has been the welcoming voice of Organized Haven since joining our team in 2022 after being referred by a trusted colleague in the senior living industry. With five years of prior senior living experience, she understands that many of the families who contact us are navigating one of life’s biggest transitions—and often one of its most emotional.

As our Executive Assistant, Sherry is usually the first person clients speak with. Whether she’s answering questions, coordinating schedules, preparing invoices, supporting payroll, or keeping our team organized behind the scenes, she approaches every interaction with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Clients frequently comment on how much more at ease they feel after speaking with her, thanks to her calm presence and reassuring approach.

Sherry’s compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident from their very first phone call through the completion of their project.

SENIOR MOVE MANAGER®

Jordan Mott has been helping Organized Haven clients navigate life’s biggest transitions since joining the team in 2022. As a Senior Move Manager®, she specializes in guiding older adults and busy families through the often-overwhelming process of downsizing, moving, and settling into a new home with confidence and compassion.

Known for her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for people, Jordan works closely with clients from the earliest planning stages through move day and beyond. Whether coordinating logistics, creating personalized move plans, overseeing packing and unpacking, or helping families make thoughtful downsizing decisions, she strives to make every transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.

ORGANIZING ASSISTANT

Since 2024, Paula brings a lifetime of organization, communication, and compassion to the Organized Haven team. After retiring as a public high school English teacher, she turned her passion for helping others into guiding clients through decluttering, downsizing, and organizing their homes.

Drawing on years of experience assisting friends and family—including preparing loved ones’ estates for resale—Paula understands that organizing is about more than sorting belongings. Her thoughtful approach helps clients work through the emotions behind their decisions while creating safe, functional, and intentional living spaces.

A lifelong learner and avid reader, Paula enjoys continually expanding her knowledge of organizing strategies and client communication. Her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to help others make her a valued member of the Organized Haven team.

PROFESSIONAL MOVER & RELOCATION SPECIALIST

David brings strength, precision, and a calm, caring presence to every Organized Haven project. After moving back to Florida, he joined his brother Jeff on our moving team, quickly proving himself to be an invaluable part of our multi-family business.

Known for his reliability, respectfulness, and attention to detail, David helps clients through every stage of the moving process—from carefully protecting and transporting treasured belongings to setting up their new homes with care. Whether working alongside his fellow teammates on a local move or assisting older adults through a major life transition, he approaches every project with professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to help.

Kecia joined Organized Haven in 2025 as a part-time Organizing Assistant, bringing more than 20 years of experience in education, including 15 years as a classroom teacher and several years homeschooling her daughter.

With a natural love for organizing and helping others, Kecia enjoys creating calm, functional spaces while supporting clients through organizing, downsizing, packing, unpacking, and settling into their homes. Her patient, encouraging nature and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the Organized Haven team as we help clients navigate life’s transitions with confidence and care.

After a 17-year career in education, Shelly brought her passion for organization and helping others to Organized Haven in 2025. Her background as a teacher developed the planning, communication, and problem-solving skills that now serve our clients through every stage of organizing, downsizing, and moving.

Shelly enjoys transforming overwhelming spaces into organized, functional homes and has a special talent for creating systems that make everyday life easier. Whether she’s decluttering, packing for a move, or helping a client settle into a new home, Shelly is known for her calm demeanor, compassionate approach, and attention to detail.

MARKETING & PARTNER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Karlie Holliday joined Organized Haven in 2025 and serves as our Marketing & Partner Engagement Coordinator. She combines creativity with relationship-building to help share Organized Haven’s mission throughout Central Florida.

Karlie manages our social media presence, creates marketing materials, supports community outreach, and helps strengthen relationships with our referral partners. From capturing our team in action to coordinating marketing campaigns and educational events, she plays an important role in connecting families and professionals with the services we provide.

Karlie is passionate about telling our clients’ stories with authenticity and compassion while helping more people discover the peace of mind that comes from working with Organized Haven.
