Each session provides expert guidance, actionable strategies, and a welcoming space to learn, share experiences, and ask questions.

When We Gather
First Wednesday of every month
10:30 AM – 12 PM
With a pause in January:
Downsizers Club pauses each January while Organized Haven participates in NAPO’s GO (Get Organized) Month.
Meetings resume in February.
Where We Gather
Home Instead® Lakeland
810 E Main St, Lakeland, FL 33801
Located across from Lake Mirror Park, enjoy a walk along the Lake Mirror Loop before or after our gathering. Grievous Angel, a local favorite, is also just next door if you’d like to continue the conversation over lunch.
Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Nicole.
I started Downsizers Club because I kept meeting people who knew a move was coming someday – but had nowhere to talk about everything that comes before the move.
As a Certified Professional Organizer® and Certified Senior Move Manager®, I’ve helped thousands of families through major life transitions.
But I’ve learned that some of the best ideas don’t come from me.
They come from the people sitting around the table.
What You’ll Find Here
Real Conversations
No two meetings are alike.
Some months we talk about preparing important documents.
Other months we discuss sentimental belongings, helping aging parents, hurricane preparedness, preserving family photographs, or simply figuring out where to begin.
The conversation follows the people in the room.
People Who Understand
Everyone arrives from a different place.
Some are planning a move next month.
Others are hoping to stay in their homes for years.
Many simply know it’s time to start thinking ahead.
There is no expectation that you have all the answers.
A Place to Start
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t downsizing.
It’s starting the conversation.
Whether you’re sorting one drawer or preparing for a major move, Downsizers Club offers a place to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others.
Many people attend Downsizers Club for months – or even years – before they ever move. That is perfectly okay.
